発表 口頭発表とポスター発表の希望を受け付けますが、口頭発表の希望が多数の場合は、 運営委員と実行委員によるアブストラクトの審査で決定いたします。アブストラクト および発表は日本語・英語どちらでもよいですが、講演スライドおよびポスターは英語での作成を推奨します。
また、前回に引き続き、学生・ポスドクを対象にポスター賞を授与する予定です。参加申し込みフォームの所属機関欄の職名に学生ないしはポスドク（ないしはそれに相当する職名：例えば学振特別研究員など）を記入された方が対象となります。 ポスター賞に参加を希望されない場合は備考欄にその旨ご記入ください。 ただし、参加者が一定数を満たさない場合はポスター賞を取りやめる場合があります。皆様の積極的な参加を期待しております。
Presentation Slots are available for both oral and poster presentations. If the oral presentation slots are oversubscribed, the executive and organizing committees will assess the abstracts. Abstracts may be submitted in either Japanese or English, but we recommend that presentation slides and posters be produced in English.
Following on from the last meeting, we will be presenting poster awards to students and postdocs. Eligible participants will be those who enter "student" or "postdoc" (or an equivalent e.g. JSPS postdoctoral fellow) as their job title in their respective institutions. Should you choose to opt out of the poster awards, please state this in the comments section of the registration form. If the number of participants does not meet a threshold, we reserve the right to cancel the poster award. We look forward to your participation.
